NEW CLIENT REGISTRATION
Prior to any service request, please schedule a free in-home consultation. Your sitter will meet with you and your pets, review all forms (that you've completed prior to meeting) and set up your account. Please supply a set of keys at this meeting. You can schedule your consultation now, prior to any anticipated vacation plans, to avoid scheduling delays/problems with last minute plans. This would allow you to call or submit the convenient online form for returning clients at a later date. Otherwise, initial consultation should be done at lease 2 weeks prior to date of service request. 

After initial consultation and registration, reservations can be made by telephone or online and will be confirmed within 72 hours of your request. Reservations will be confirmed via email if initially requested through online reservation request form, and by phone if reservation request was made initially by phone. You must have a confirmed & pre-paid reservation before service can be provided for any length of time.

Key Pickup and Return
At your free initial consultation, we will collect a set of keys from you. If you decide that you do not want us to retain copies of your keys, a $5 service charge will be required for any future pickups and drop offs.

Payments: No deposit is required, except for Holiday bookings which require a $50.00 deposit and full payment 7 days prior to start of service. Payment must be made in advance for vacation sitting, full payment is required 7 days prior to the start of service.
Last minute reservations you can leave a check made out to VIPet Sitting Services on your counter or pre-pay by credit card.
Payments for regularly scheduled daily pet care visits can be paid weekly or monthly at time of service.
There is a $24.00 fee for returned checks.
